During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile phone number, a valid email address, and a secure password. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the rc999 Platform. Creating additional Accounts — whether using a different mobile number, name variation, device, or any other identifying variable — is strictly prohibited. rc999 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rc999 may permanently suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, rc999 requires Players to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves submission of the following documentation through the secure verification portal within your Account settings:
rc999 reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any point during an Account's lifespan, particularly following changes to account contact details, unusual transaction patterns, or when required by rc999's AML monitoring protocols. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 days of the request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until compliance is achieved.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rc999 Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. Session Security: rc999 automatically terminates idle sessions after a period of inactivity as a protective measure. For additional security, players are strongly encouraged to enable OTP two-factor authentication via EasyPaisa or JazzCash in their Account Security settings, and to avoid saving login credentials in shared or public-use devices.

AML Notice: All deposits at rc999 are monitored for compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. Deposits that appear inconsistent with a Player's stated profile, depositing patterns, or that are flagged by automated AML screening may be subject to additional verification. rc999 reserves the right to freeze or return deposits pending AML investigation without liability to the Player.
Withdrawal requests at rc999 are subject to the following conditions being met in full: (a) the Player's KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) the withdrawal is to a payment account registered in the Player's own name and matches the details on file; (c) any applicable Bonus Funds wagering requirements on the Player's Account have been met; and (d) no outstanding security review, AML investigation, or compliance hold is active on the Account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: EasyPaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within 1–6 business hours. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit into the Account, and only in the same currency as the original deposit (PKR for EasyPaisa/JazzCash/bank transfers, USDT for cryptocurrency withdrawals). rc999 does not process withdrawal requests to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or payment instruments not registered to the Account holder.

rc999 reserves the right to void or cancel bets in the following circumstances: (a) bets placed on an event that has been cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; (b) bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a system error or human input error (regardless of whether the bet has been accepted and confirmed); (c) bets placed in circumstances where rc999 has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation, collusion, or any form of sporting integrity violation; (d) bets placed in violation of these Terms or any applicable game-specific rules.
Wagering limits — minimum and maximum bet sizes — apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the game interface. rc999 reserves the right to modify wagering limits for any Player at any time without prior notice, including imposing personalised limits on Accounts exhibiting unusual wagering patterns.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the rc999 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
Immediate Account Action: rc999 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account without prior notice where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected. Balances on suspended Accounts will be frozen pending investigation. rc999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon Account closure, rc999 will return verified real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds and any winnings under investigation) to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending security or compliance review. Accounts closed due to confirmed Terms violations will have all balances, including real-money deposits, forfeited to rc999.
A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the rc999 support team via live chat. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Players who wish to re-open a voluntarily closed Account (non-self-exclusion) may do so by contacting support after a minimum 24-hour period.
In the event of any dispute arising between you and rc999 in connection with these Terms, your Account, or any activity on the Platform, you must first submit a formal written complaint to rc999's customer support team via the live chat or email channel, providing full details of the nature of the dispute, the events giving rise to it, and the outcome you are seeking.
rc999 will acknowledge receipt of all written complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive written response within 10 business days of receipt. Complex disputes involving investigation of transaction records, game logs, or third-party data may require additional time, and rc999 will communicate an updated resolution timeline in such cases.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which rc999 holds its international gaming licence. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Game Result Disputes: In the case of disputes regarding specific game outcomes, rc999's certified game logs are the definitive record of all game activity. Game results from RNG-certified casino games and live dealer studios are final. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay (e.g., disconnection mid-round), the game provider's established rules for incomplete rounds will apply as published in the relevant game documentation.
